Five eyes lies:

This is a conspiracy theory because the genome was first published in January 2020. Tests for covid were developed on the basis of that knowledge.

It's a conspiracy because the Chinese would not only have had to have the genome long before this, but start mass production of PCR tests for Coronavirus long before the first official cases on an industrial scale.

It comes from an "Australian cyber security outfit Internet 2.0" and is based on open source data for contracts for PCR tests.

So it was all secret but also open source. Conspiracy.
