It would be interesting to see similar data for other large cities which posters on HN have been predicting/reporting mass exoduses from such as the Bay Area.
reports on the ground say people are back, rents are coming back up fast (aside from maybe the SOMA areas, as offices are pushing back their reopen dates)
Same with NYC, same with most cities.
"reports of my death are greatly exaggerated" - every city that had an exodus that lead people to think that city's finished
