AWS – Forced MariaDB 10.2 Upgrade

We had multiple different accounts today (a few minutes ago) just spawn an automatic RDS upgrade from MariaDB 10.2.x -> MariaDB 10.3.x

This does not match what I was expecting, since only 10.1 was EOLed.

Did I miss something? Did anyone see this?

I still have an instance running 10.2.21 and no automatic upgrade happened (although it upgraded to 10.2.21 from 10.1 automatically a few months ago)
