Seems pretty bold of CloudKitchen to stomp on a neighborhood like this. It wouldn’t take much for the residents to completely freeze their business by blocking that road with cones, parking cars so the garbage trucks can’t make turns, etc. If they only delay drivers by 5 or 10 minutes the effect on CloudKitchen’s scheduling is probably bad enough to make it not with the effort.

Or CloudKitchen could make them whole by leasing a parking structure and hiring full time valet service.
