"owned" is definitely not the right verb there.
"Exclusively commercially supported because there's no demand for a competitor" ...?

Hmmm. GitHub is an enabler and supporter of OSS - but unless something major has changed and I missed it - their main product isn't OSS.
They probably shouldn't be on that list.
