Ask HN: Selling/Marketing to local business

I've been investigating building a product for local businesses, primarily restaurants, but I'm running into the marketing/selling issue. It's very expensive and time-consuming to sell on an individual basis. I was wondering if anyone had figured out some ways to hack the process or some tips on how to cut down the time spent per business.
