This hits close to home. Unfortunately, I don’t see this cultural shift happening. Our management sees the current remote setup as strictly temporary and can’t wait to herd us back to the open office as soon as they are legally allowed. Maybe moving the desks slightly further apart.

If you're writing a REALLY long Slack message to your employees, do it in Notes or a Google Doc and cut and paste it in when you are done.

Honestly, in most cases, if it’s really that long it shouldn’t be shared as a Slack message in the first place.
