Cryptocurrency mining on GPU instances? Alternatively, just offer the account for sale at half price; someone who needs it and knows he will use up that much credit before it expires will find it a great deal.
Contribute compute/storage/CDN services to open-source projects? Folding at home, or similar distributed computing projects?
