Ask HN: What devices or apps do you use to track your health?

I am curious what devices people use to track their health. I am also interested in how these devices/apps sync their data with Apple Health.

Fitbit + scale + workout and weight trackers to track history, pace and performance. Android phone.

Most fitness apps do a terrible job of trends and tracking on a season or year to date basis. There is certainly room for improvement there.

Fitbit + regular scale.

I use a normal scale and weigh myself each morning, I manually enter that data into my Fitbit app.

I also wear my Fitbit whenever I train/play table tennis to monitor my heart rate and estimate calories burned.

I use a Garmin Forerunner 945 with Garmin Connect. Works pretty good. For me the “analytics” part of Garmin Connect is better then Apple Activities (switched from Apple Watch 1 year ago).

Garmin Fenix 5p & Connect app. Biking/Running activities linked to strava. I've been very happy with this setup and see no reason to change.

Apple watch + Oura ring

Shortcuts on the iPhone to track my weight and water intake.

I use an apple watch and myfitnesspal

I use a smartwatch (TicWatch Pro 2020) for tracking my heartrate along with the regular scale for checking my weight.
