Ask HN: What can we do lower fraud payments in Stripe?

We are in the niche where techsupport scammers, pay for our product using stolen cards.

Thing is we've nothing to do with techsupport but those people find our tool useful, while our target market is not limited to them.

We already check the IP Vs Card location, but it's not helping as they are able to use residential IPs or simply login via victims TeamViewer on some US based person.

So this technique while good, isn't helping us reduce fraud rate.

Is there anyway, to reduce fraud? I like apple's solution where it asks you to show your card on the camera and auto detects its numbers but how can we do it on stripe?
