Lamp stack tool for generating screen captures of a list of websites?

Firefox and Chrome have the option of showing most recently visited sites in a nice grid, with a screen capture of each site. Is there a tool that will generate a webpage with the same information, given a list of URLs?

Note: I will need to host this webpage myself.
