Ask HN: Any Start-up Lawyers who actually Enjoy their Job?

We're looking to connect with a good Lawyer with start-up experience. We have investors lined up and ready, and need someone to work out the legal details.

We have a lawyer who handled our incorporation, but I am looking for someone who enjoys what they do and has a passion for start-ups. Ideally someone would be interested in working with us for equity as we continue to build the company.

Do you know of anyone? References welcome, or resources/links we should be looking into.
