Ask HN: Would you consider using AWS Lambda for your API?

I've seen many posts and comments about serverless not being right for real-time API responses, but it seems like there are many articles both on AWS and on third-party recommending that Lambda can be used for pretty much anything. Does the answer lie somewhere in the middle? Or is the anti-Lambda more a general anti-microservices sentiment?
