Ask HN: Best way for nontech person to get startup job in the northeast?

HN, I need your help.

I started my own start up that has been doing some what well, its gaining traction, but not generating very much money. Because of this I'd like to find a day job working at a start up. Since I'm located in the northeast I'm guessing Boston may be my best bet?

I have a degree in Industrial design, but haven't had much luck landing a job out of school. My lack of experience has been the issue, but no one will give me a chance to gain any experience (which is why I launched my start up). I've learned a ton over the past year of launching and am loving the ride I'm on, but a day job would definitely help with bills.

So any ideas on the best way to land a nontechnical job at a start up? The reason I'd like to go with a start up is to gain some experience that I could apply to my own start up.
