Ask HN: Looking for Subscription Management Service

Hi all,

please imagine you are running an ISP.

You offer different services (like connectivity or web-hosting) with different configurations (speed, storage capacity) and also products (server, router).

Your sales people need to manipulate the configuration on demand. (for example: sales should be able to modify the running contract and add another 100MB storage capacity to a customer).

You want to integrate different payment providers with that.

Ideally we would invent a new service or product inside the ISP. Then define a template to configure this new service. We throw that into that new 'tool'. Now the sales-team can bundle services+products into packages and sell them magically.

The ISP infrastructure would only get signals like 'enable X with config Y for customer Z' or 'pause service X for customer Z'. I hope this is not too abstract. The ISP as example as I assume most can at least imagine how diverse and complex their offerings could be.

Do you have a recommendation for some SaaS that I should check out? (EU data protection compliance is required.)

Or, in case my approach is wrong: How should I look at a topic like this?

Thanks for your input.
