Ask HN: Covid-19 global survivor DB

Why does this not exist already? We need a global database with global testimonials of those that have survived; What their symptoms were, What the experience was like. Preferably with histrionics of their infection(where they likely got it) and their location data histories mapped. We could have an app that geolocates that data to any area and warns people in or getting near that area with amber-like/emergency mobile alerts that they are entering a location known to have infection. Global cultural privacy concerns aside, why does this not exist already?
