[ASK HN] Quickest way to get a design online

as a coder I'm limited to how well I can design, I have colors chosen and someone else has done a great logo but now its time to build a UI.

I want to get a quick prototype together and was wondering what process you (developer) guys on here use to build a quick UI for your side projects. 95% of people still judge an application by its design.
