The Limits of Continuous Deployment

Opinions? Has anyone ever experimented with pushing continuous deployment to the limits? I have to admit that I've never actually tried the "deploy all the time" thing, though as I argue (and judging from my all-too-regular use of git rebase) I wouldn't expect it to work too well.
