Will online world solve moral issues?

We are at desperate times where moral values are threatened. More and more people these days say 'That's not my problem', 'I choose to live this way, I don't care about the rest'. In other words we are very individualistic.

I'm not concerned with Donald Trump but the people who think its ok to win at any cost. How can internet / social apps help uplift moral standards of human kind?
