Ask HN: What should I be more cautioned in growth stage

Early revenues and improving traction

Firstly, I want to thank HN platform and upvoted users(1 from my fake account) on couple of my posts.

It's the 45th day since I launched (with a post on 08/26/19) https://extracttable.com service, and I just achieved all the milestones (may be small to you - but I wanted to stay motivated, as this is the 5th service I released in the past 4 years (minus 1.5 years of M.S)).

  - 1K web visits = today (45d)
  - 50 Developer Sign-ups =  9/27 (32d)
  - 2K API hits - 9/13 (18d)
  - 1 Paid client - 9/8 (13d)

Now, I'm here to ask for opinions on - What should I be cautioned more about at this point of time.

Couple of Things I already FEEL are

  1. Payment Gateway Integration - All 21 payments, till date, were through manually generated PayPal invoices
  2. User Registration - Increased free trail signup abuses because of there is no check if already registered
