Ask HN: Open source audio watermarking solutions?

I have been thinking about building a service that will require audio watermarking at some point for ages.

Are there any good open source/free solutions to individually watermark audio to make it traceable?

It should be unobtrusive and survive in all the major formats, such as WAV/FLAC/MP3.
