Ask HN: 2 founders, how many directors?

We are two founders, one with more equity than the other. We are incorporating as a Delaware C-Corp.

Our lawyer asked us if "only one, or both, of you will be serving as a director and if there is anyone else who will serve in that capacity".

Should we have only one director, or two, or add another one? Or it doesn't matter at this (very early) stage?
