Hire HN: Front-end work

Hey HN, I'm looking for someone familiar with Rails to do a bunch of JavaScript work. Ext JS experience is required. I have the site completely built, but a rewrite/redesign is very badly needed.

It's been rewritten on the back-end, but it's still using the default scaffold stylesheets.
