Ask HN: Where can I find examples of data exports under GDPR.

I'm looking for example exports from - Google News - Gmail - Google Ads (is this possible using a device fingerprint?) - Facebook - Instagram - WhatsApp - Amazon - Stackoverflow

Also, I'm only looking for anonymized data (but belonging to a real person) to get an idea of what data points are available in the export.

NB: 1. I'm based outside the EU and am not able to get these exports myself. 2. I want to analyze the data and even if I did have my own copy, or maybe a few friends data copies, I'd need more. 3. My goal is to see if any useful tools can be built for people who want to get insights into their data (over and above what is already available from the respective platform).
