Startup idea: Marketplace of digital agencies

We want to launch a platform that will serve as a marketplace for digital agencies.

As opposed to the hire a freelancer model, we enable companies to hire teams of freelancers. When a project is uploaded on our platform, project leaders have access to these projects and bid for the projects, then proceed to build a team of freelancers from our platform and proceed to use the project management & comms tools integrated in our platform to build the project.

This should ideally give every business including startups and small non-technical businesses access to digital agency level work at a lower price than a typical agency + they can rate each team after project completion which should help future clients have a better idea of which Project leaders do accept bids from in the future.
