Ask HN: Is docker hub having problems

I get a lot of "Error response from daemon: error parsing HTTP 404 response body: invalid character 'p' after top-level value: "404 page not found\n" and "unknown blob" errors when interacting with the central docker registry. There are multiple reports about this on twitter and github but no official comments.
