Ask HN: Master in AI for non-A+ students?

I'm graduating in Computer Science next June. 7-8 average, no experience. I want to enroll to the best Masters degree in Artificial Intelligence that I find, with the restrictions that I'm not an A+ student, my CV is blank and I won't be able to pay very high tuition fees. Coursera/Udacity are not an option for me because I'm keen on research and pursuing a PhD.

I've been searching a lot but for me it's really difficult to judge whether a particular masters degree is really worth it or just "vapor". Also many programmes are very specific to one particular field (say, robotics) while many others include just too many generic Computer Science courses which I've already had.

I'm based in the EU (Spain).

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
