Ask HN: Where is the article about two teams digital vs. analog antenna?

Sorry about that, but it is 3 weeks now I am looking for this article.

The author write about his experience in a company where two teams have the same project (only difference is from the input: analog or digital) and his team use POO, unit tests, XP programming and doing well while the other team have delivery problems and make overtime.

Sadly, the second team is rewarded due to the external vision of the "implication".
