Ask HN: Do you think standard API response require based on data/operation?

There are plenty of API exists each have multiple endpoints to handle multiple type of data (like list, object, file etc).

It would be good if all API have standard set of responses for multiple operations across globe(currently its api version or company level).

It will helpful to reduce integration efforts as now days integration development is usually involved in most of applications.
