Ask HN: Any ASP.NET pros out there?

So I'm a non technical found of a small webapp. We are in a very niche industry and are on the verge of signing 2 really big deals. These deals could lead to a major increase in users for our site.

So far I have outsourced all of the development of the site, mostly to people in India through guru and odesk. I've been able to get my product up and running for a decent price, but dont want to depend on them if something goes wrong (time difference/communication causes issues)

I'm looking for someone who has a very good knowledge of ASP.NET to learn about our site and what we do. We'd rely on you to do maintenance/improvements to the site. This would be a part time gig for now, but could lead to full time as we grow. I'm just trying to cover our a$$ if we run into issues, I want someone we can turn to and trust.
