Ask HN: Tech landscape 10 years from now

It occurred to me recently that successful startups are essentially the winners in a predictive wager on our near-term future.

So: where will tech be 10 years from now? What were the prevalent and pervasive technological advances? What substantive problems will we have overcome, and/or still face?

Curious as to the opinions of all here.
