Ask HN: Books on the history of antitrust

The opinion that the tech giants (e.g. Google, Amazon, Facebook) are becoming/have become predatory monopolies is seemingly gaining mainstream traction. As a computer scientist working in Silicon Valley with a more technical appreciation of the history of these tech giants, I often find discussions amongst friends and HN about Antitrust+tech to be highly opinionated but weakly informed in terms of legal and historical precedence outside of our tech bubble.

So- I’m looking for y’alls recommendations for books on antitrust in the U.S. that put this debate in a more historically informed context, ideally with opinions from people in the legal-know-how who operate outside the Silicon Valley circle jerk. Any recommendations? Preferably info about the origins of the anti trust sentiment in America, it’s seeming decline, and why people are concerned about it now.
