Widespread Gmail outage?

I now know of two regular, unrelated Gmail accounts that are disabled and Google's phone verification system is down as well. (I received the text message with the verification code, but can't submit the code because there's an error on the page where you're supposed to enter the code).

Is this widespread, or localized to just a few accounts?
