This is extremely silly. Some academic has a chip implanted in his forearm (probably an associate of "Captain Cyborg"), has said chip infected with a computer virus, then uses the chip to deliberately infect a Pee Cee with the same virus.
Of course this sort of thing will work, he carefully managed all the probabilities. This sort of material is far better dealt with by "The Register" and/or "The Inquirer" rather than a stodgy trade rag type of website.
