The idea behind SocialVert is to allow people to spread job referrals through their social network. So if you see a job that is offering a referral bonus, you could generate a link to pass on through your social network if someone you know takes the job you can collect the referral bonus, if they don't take the job they could pass it through their social network and so on down the line. If at any point someone takes the job everyone gets a cut of the referral bonus.
