Ask HN: Any service which provides latest apps added to the Google/Apple stores?

I am looking for a simple service which provides a list of the latest apps added to the Google Play and iTunes App Store. I remember there was some company offering the latest 500 apps every month in a sheet format but am unable to find the link for it. I know Apple has an RSS feed, but am looking at not just top apps but just all apps being added. Any help will be appreciated.
