What do I do if I get harassed by a Google Employee?

I know his name and think he is reading my email or chat history. He flaunts about himself in a chat room; he definitely works for Google. Is this the new Google, like hire fast and hire bad. Who cares about not being evil anymore right ? Funny thing is he is posting defamed pictures and it'll be there forever ..shy :(
