Ask HN: What's your experience with developers in Indonesia?

Next week I am going on a trip to the Indonesian student cities Bandung and Yogyakarta. I already work with developers there and my goal is to hire more. I speak intermediate Indonesian so language barrier is becoming less of problem. Anything else I should be aware of?
