Ask HN: Managing pattern library, toolkits and other resources in large business?

Would love to hear how your organisation handles this, any thoughts on best practices and any resources you've used that have been particularly useful or easy to use.

Perhaps the best example I've found so far is the Lighting Design system by Salesforce. There's also Rizzo from LonelyPlanet and Primer from Github.
