Suggest YC: Create a user generated advice db for entrepreneurs

Hi, Is it possible for YC to create an advice db/forum for entrepreneurs similar to what thefunded does? I am sure it would be a lot easier for YC to bootstrap it. thefunded does not make all the content avaialble to non-members plus their membership is too restrictive.
